Edward focuses on the firm’s Sourcing / Deal Origination activity and is responsible for sourcing direct acquisition opportunities on behalf of the company’s financial sponsor clients.
Edward graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Southern Methodist University, with a concentration in cross-cultural economics and global markets. He is a Registered Representative of CriticalPoint Partners, LLC and holds FINRA Series 63 & 79 licenses.
