CriticalPoint Hires Brad Scherer as Managing Director To Expand the Firm’s Investment Banking Senior Team

We are pleased to announce that Brad Scherer has joined the firm’s Investment Banking team. Mr. Scherer will be focused on both merger and acquisition transactions, capital raising and new deal origination.

Mr. Scherer joins CriticalPoint from Navidar, a technology and SaaS software-focused boutique investment bank. Earlier in his career, Mr. Scherer worked for a European oil service company, a commercial real estate development company, and in investment banking with Clarkson Capital Markets and Jefferies & Company. Mr. Scherer graduated cum laude from Rice University and earned an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business.
