We are excited to announce that Curt Himebauch has joined CriticalPoint as Managing Director, Business Development. Mr. Himebauch will be responsible for originating new opportunities across the firm and developing, strengthening, and managing the firm’s relationships. Mr. Himebauch brings more than 30 years of experience as a senior business development executive across the professional and financial services industries. Mr. Himebauch will work closely with professional service providers, financial advisors, corporates, and external referral channels, and collaborate with the CriticalPoint team to bring optimal financial solutions to the firm’s clients and management teams.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Mr. Himebauch spent more than a decade with Ernst & Young, LLP (“EY”) in business development, where he worked across all EY service lines including Transactions, Advisory, and Tax & Audit, to provide great outcomes for clients. Prior to EY, he worked in the financial printing business for both R.R. Donnelley and Merrill Corporation for 18 years. Mr. Himebauch has relevant experience in overall client project management and coordination relating to M&A, public offerings of debt and equity, and private placements, as well as other financial services offerings.
