Headquartered in Tampa, Fla., Triage is a technology-enabled software and service provider to the telecom sector, primarily focused on fiber installation and repair services and integrated supply chain solutions. With more than 20 years in business, it has built a strong reputation as an innovator in telecom field services, cloud-based workflow management, SaaS, and colocation solutions, helping clients enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Benton, based in Chicago, Ill., is a turnkey telecom services provider for broadband infrastructure, offering end-to-end capabilities from outside-plant (OSP) construction, buried drops services, installation, splicing, and ongoing maintenance. With a seasoned team of technicians and an established project management framework, Benton supports broadband providers and electric cooperatives nationwide. JCS is a fiber-optic communications specialist providing turnkey fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) and underground construction services. Based in Shevlin, Minn., JCS works closely with local telephone companies and regional contractors across the Upper Midwest, offering complete solutions that span underground construction, splicing, and house wiring.
With these two acquisitions, Triage expands its telecom service capabilities and geographic reach, enhancing its ability to deliver comprehensive fiber solutions through a single provider. The combination strengthens Triage’s position as a technology-enabled telecom services leader—uniting Benton’s and JCS’s fiber construction capabilities with Triage’s field services solutions to create an end-to-end platform.
