SMS TERMS OF USE
By “Opting In” to or using a “Text Message Service” (as defined below) from CriticalPoint Partners, LLC or any its affiliates (“CriticalPoint,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you accept these SMS Terms of Use.
1. DEFINITIONS
“Opting In,” “Opt In,” and “Opt-In” refers to requesting, joining, agreeing to, enrolling in, signing up for, acknowledging, responding to, or consenting to receive text messages.
“Text Message Service” means any arrangement where we send messages to your mobile number, including SMS, MMS, or successor technologies.
2. CONSENTING TO TEXT MESSAGING
By consenting to receive text messages from us, you agreed to these SMS Terms of Use, our Terms, and Privacy Policy. The Terms of Use and Privacy Policy are incorporated by reference.

4. TEXT MESSAGE SERVICE PRIVACY POLICY
We respect your privacy. We use the information you provide only as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your Personal Information, which includes your mobile phone number. We also do not share Personal Information for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes. Opt-in data and consent will never be shared with third parties. We may disclose Personal Information, including your mobile phone number, as set forth in Section 5 of our Privacy Policy.
The privacy policy in this Paragraph 4 (Text Message Service Privacy Policy) applies to your use of the Text Message Service and does not modify our general Privacy Policy.
5. COSTS OF TEXT MESSAGES
We do not charge for messages sent or received through the Text Message Service. But your carrier may apply message and data rates depending on your plan.
6. FREQUENCY OF TEXT MESSAGES
This Text Messaging Service is for person-to-person communication with our employees. We may send an initial message about the service. Thereafter, the number of messages you receive will depend on your use and whether you take steps to generate more text messages from us (such as sending HELP).
7. OPTING OUT OF TEXT MESSAGES
To stop receiving texts, reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. Opt-outs apply to each conversation with an employee and their phone number. We may send a confirmation message after you opt-out.
