We are excited to announce that Mike Courtney has joined CriticalPoint as Managing Director, Head of Portfolio Operations. Mr. Courtney’s diverse operational expertise will bring valuable insight and resources to CriticalPoint’s Invest – Private Capital, Equity Division. Mr. Courtney will work closely with the CriticalPoint team to review new investment opportunities and partner with the firm’s portfolio companies to drive performance and long-term value.
Mr. Courtney brings more than 25 years of leadership, operational acumen, and growth for start-ups and Fortune 100 companies across multiple industries to CriticalPoint, with deep expertise across all aspects of an enterprise. Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Mr. Courtney held numerous executive, managerial, sales and operational roles in the technology, telecommunications, media, and energy industries while providing strategic development, turnaround and transformational leadership for major organizations including Shell Renewables, AT&T and DIRECTV.
