Mac is responsible for originating and executing merger and acquisition, and capital raising transactions at CriticalPoint. He brings more than 10 years of investment banking expertise, having advised public and private companies and investors on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, and restructuring transactions across various industries and geographies.
Prior to CriticalPoint, Mac worked at Houlihan Lokey in the Business Services Group where he focused on buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory for a broad range of clients in the Engineering and Infrastructure, Industrial and Facility Services, and Testing, Inspection, Certification, and Compliance sectors.
Previously, Mac worked at FocalPoint Partners in their Los Angeles office advising owners and investors of middle-market companies. He began his career at Innovation Capital advising clients in the Gaming and Leisure, Restaurant, and Retail industries. Mac has advised on more than $10 billion of transaction value over his career.
Mac graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Financial Sequence. He is a Registered Representative of CriticalPoint Partners, LLC and holds FINRA Series 79 and 63 licenses.
