Dirk Onink focuses on the firm’s Financial Sponsor Coverage. He brings mergers and acquisitions, commercial finance, and seed funding experience across a diverse range of industries.
Previously, Dirk managed the middle market commercial finance group and structured transactions at TEQlease Capital. Prior to that, he led business development at Maverick Angels, a boutique angel investing firm focused on domestic startup companies in the technology and bioscience sectors.
Dirk received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from California Lutheran University and his Master’s Degree in Business Administration with concentration in Finance from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School. He is a Registered Representative of CriticalPoint Partners, LLC and holds FINRA Series 63 & 79 licenses.
