Kevin is responsible for originating and executing mergers and acquisitions and capital-raising transactions at CriticalPoint. He brings more than 15 years of investment banking experience, advising founder-owned and financial sponsor–owned middle-market companies across a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Kevin was with a startup investment bank in Los Angeles, where he focused on sell-side M&A transactions for middle-market companies in the consumer, business services, and technology industries. Previously, he was at Stout, where he focused on the consumer industry. Earlier in his career, he advised clients on sell-side M&A and capital-raising transactions at FocalPoint.
Kevin received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University. He is a Registered Representative of CriticalPoint Partners, LLC, and holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses.
