Mike is responsible for managing the transition and integration of newly acquired companies and overseeing operational performance of CriticalPoint’s portfolio companies. He will also be involved in evaluating investment opportunities across the firm. Mike brings more than 25 years of leadership, operational acumen, and growth for start-ups and Fortune 100 companies across multiple industries.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Mike held numerous executive, managerial, sales and operational roles in the technology, telecommunications, media, and energy industries while providing strategic development, turnaround and transformational leadership for major organizations including Shell Renewables, AT&T and DIRECTV.
Mike earned a Bachelor of Science with a major in Management Science from Georgia Institute of Technology.
