Brendan is responsible for originating and executing mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions at CriticalPoint, with a focus on the technology and media sectors. Brendan brings over six years of investment banking experience advising public and private middle-market companies on M&A, equity and debt financings, and strategic capital matters.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Brendan worked in technology coverage at Roth Capital Partners and Truist Securities. Previously, he worked in Deloitte’s TMT Business Valuation group.
Brendan received an MBA from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Notre Dame. He is a Registered Representative of CriticalPoint Partners, LLC and holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses.
