Sana is responsible for providing valuation advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, financial and tax reporting, capital raises, and broader corporate and strategic finance initiatives. She brings with her 16 years of experience in strategic and transaction-related advisory including valuations for purchase price allocations, portfolio valuations, fairness opinions, and goodwill and intangible asset impairment analyses. Sana has supported multi-billion-dollar transactions, advising middle-market companies, entrepreneurs, and business owners on capital allocation and long-term strategic priorities across North America and Asia. Her industry experience includes technology, media and entertainment, telecommunications, healthcare, business services, retail, industrials, and other dynamic and highly regulated sectors.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Sana was at Accenture in its Private Equity and Transactions Advisory practice, advising a diversified client base on strategic financial matters. Previously, she was at EY, where she led strategic financial advisory and complex valuation engagements. Earlier in her career, Sana was with ValuStrat LLC in Dubai; as well as KPMG, where she also supported valuations, due diligence, and sell-side advisory for public and private clients.
Sana received a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, U.K.).
