Jerry is responsible for providing investment banking and capital structure advisory services to companies, creditors, and equity holders across a range of industries in complex and distressed situations at CriticalPoint. He brings over 25 years of experience as an investment banker, turnaround consultant, company operator, and asset manager.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Jerry led company-side restructuring and turnaround engagements in the Restructuring and Turnaround Services group at Riveron, where he maximized value for stakeholders primarily through distressed sale transactions both in and out of bankruptcy. Previously, he was a Managing Director at Naomi Road Capital Advisors, where he served as an interim CFO and corporate finance advisor. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Recapitalization and Restructuring Group at Jefferies. He also served as a Portfolio Manager at PRS Group, a $2B fund of hedge funds, where he focused on arbitrage and event-driven strategies. He started his career in investment banking at Jefferies and Bear Stearns.
Jerry received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. He currently serves as President-Elect of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) New York City chapter, the largest chapter with over 800 members.
