Paulette Soetanto is responsible for originating and executing mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions in the technology sector at CriticalPoint. Paulette brings over 12 years of experience in investment banking, having advised both large-cap and mid-market companies on M&A, capital raise, public equity, and debt financing across a variety of industries.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Paulette was at Macquarie Capital in the Software & Services investment banking team in San Francisco. Previously, Paulette was part of the investment banking team at Goldman Sachs, where she worked on sell-side, buy-side, debt financing, and equity capital markets transactions.
Paulette graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Accounting from the University of New South Wales. Paulette is a Registered Representative of CriticalPoint Partners, LLC and holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses.
