Naaman Heyman is a Managing Director at CriticalPoint, where he sources and executes mergers and acquisitions across the Industrials sector. He brings over 15 years of investment banking experience and has advised on a wide range of sell-side, buy-side, IPO, and public and private debt transactions for clients in manufacturing, distribution, industrial services, building products, and transportation and logistics.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Naaman was an Industrials Managing Director at Cascadia Capital, a middle-market investment bank focused on sell-side mergers and acquisitions and capital raising. Previously, he executed numerous transactions with Barclays’ Industrials investment banking team in New York. Earlier in his career, Naaman served as Assistant Corporate Treasurer of Orbotech.
Naaman received a Master of Business Administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and History from Tel Aviv University. He is a Registered Representative of CriticalPoint Partners, LLC and holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses.
