Max focuses on the firm’s Sourcing / Deal Origination activity and is responsible for sourcing direct acquisition opportunities on behalf of the company’s financial sponsor clients.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Max worked as a Principal Consultant at Phaidon International, a global specialist recruitment agency, where he helped lead efforts within the Renewable Engineering and Geotechnical Engineering sectors.
Max received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Southern California. He is a Registered Representative of CriticalPoint Partners, LLC, and holds FINRA Series 63 & 79 licenses.
