Chris focuses on the firm’s Source / Deal Origination activity and is responsible for sourcing direct acquisition opportunities on behalf of the company’s financial sponsor clients.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Chris was an Account Executive for Pacific Rim Capital, where he facilitated funded transactions for Fortune 1000 accounts. Previously, he was a Financial Analyst at IBM, supporting the Cloud and Software division across the United States and Canada.
Chris graduated with a degree in Finance from Mankato State University. He is a Registered Representative of CriticalPoint Partners, LLC and holds FINRA Series 63 and Series 79 licenses.
