Sam supports the delivery of valuation advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, financial and tax reporting, capital raises, and broader corporate and strategic finance initiatives.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Sam worked at Stout on the Complex Securities and Financial Instruments Team where he valued complex financial instruments, including contingent consideration, carried and partnership interests, and SPAC warrants. He began his career in actuarial analysis at Liberty Mutual.
Sam received a Master of Finance from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Suffolk University.
