Ben Claremon is responsible for acquisition sourcing and execution, including the identification, evaluation, and due diligence of new investment opportunities, transaction structuring and negotiations, and partnering with management teams to drive value creation across portfolio companies at CriticalPoint. He brings more than 18 years of experience investing across both public and private markets.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Ben was a partner at Devonshire Partners, a lower-middle-market private equity firm. Previously, he spent nearly 15 years as a public equities investor with a focus on small-cap and micro-cap companies.
Ben received an MBA from the Anderson School of Business at UCLA and graduated with a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
