Kevin is responsible for sourcing, executing, and financing strategic transactions in the food and beverage sector. He brings more than 20 years of experience advising founders, family-owned businesses, private equity firms, and strategic buyers on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investing, and corporate finance. He has deep expertise across the consumer products industry, with a particular focus on the broader beverage sector, including coffee and tea, functional beverages, wine, beer, and distilled spirits.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Kevin was a Managing Director in the Middle Market M&A group at BMO Capital Markets, a division of Bank of Montreal. Before his firm was acquired by BMO, he was a Partner at Zepponi & Company. Earlier in his career, Kevin worked in the Private Company Services practice at PwC.
Kevin earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Portland. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Registered Representative of CriticalPoint Partners, LLC, and holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses.
