Ha-andza is responsible for originating and executing mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions at CriticalPoint. She brings extensive experience providing strategic and financial advisory services to founder-led and financial sponsor–owned middle-market companies across a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Ha-andza worked in Macquarie’s Software and Services group in Chicago, focusing on sell-side M&A, take-privates, and capital raise transactions. Previously, she began her investment banking career at William Blair, where she worked on sell-side M&A.
Ha-andza received an MBA from the Yale School of Management and holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University and Stanford University, respectively. She is a Registered Representative of CriticalPoint Partners, LLC and holds FINRA Series 63 & 79 licenses.
