Kyle focuses on the firm’s Sourcing / Deal Origination activity and is responsible for sourcing direct acquisition opportunities on behalf of the company’s financial sponsor clients.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Kyle worked as a Senior Associate for Grant Thornton, where he served in the firm’s Healthcare Risk Advisory practice supporting healthcare organizations with risk, compliance, and operational advisory initiatives.
Kyle received a Bachelor of Science in Risk Management from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a Registered Representative of CriticalPoint Partners, LLC, and holds FINRA Series 63 & 79 licenses.
