Brad is responsible for originating and executing merger and acquisition, and capital raising transactions at CriticalPoint. He leverages his extensive experience across diverse industries, including software, technology-enabled services, oil & gas and transportation to creatively position middle-market companies and navigate complex deal dynamics in order to maximize exit valuations.
Prior to CriticalPoint, Brad worked at Navidar, an Austin-based technology and SaaS software-focused boutique investment bank. While at Navidar, Brad advised on buy-side, sell-side, capital raising, and Board advisory engagements for founder-owned, private capital-backed, and public companies.
Previously, Brad worked in investment banking at Clarkson Capital Markets in Houston and Jefferies & Company in both New York and Houston, focused on maritime, oil service, transportation, and infrastructure.
Brad graduated cum laude from Rice University with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Economics and from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs School of Business with a Master of Business Administration. He is a Registered Representative of CriticalPoint Partners, LLC and holds FINRA Series 63 & 79 licenses.
