Diane is responsible for originating and executing merger and acquisition transactions and has been a part of the CriticalPoint team since 2016. She has over 15 years of investment banking experience advising owners of middle-market companies on sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions and debt and equity recapitalizations across a wide variety of industries.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Diane was with Greif & Co. where she worked on sell-side mergers and acquisitions in a variety of industries including industrial, manufacturing, distribution and consumer products. Prior to that, she successfully executed numerous transactions at WestPark Capital, focused on private placements of equity capital and public transactions for lower middle-market companies in the U.S. and internationally. Diane started her career as a Director of Operations for a Boston-based hedge fund, where she focused on equity research, trading and operations.
Diane graduated with her B.S. in finance and marketing from Boston College and an MBA from Pepperdine University’s Graziadio School of Business and Management. She is a Registered Representative of CriticalPoint Partners, LLC and holds FINRA Series 7, 63 & 79 licenses.
