Erin is responsible for building and leading the Valuation practice at CriticalPoint, bringing over 20 years of experience in valuation and transaction advisory services. She has a broad range of expertise across multiple industries, including consumer goods & services, media & entertainment, aerospace & defense, fintech, biotech, early-stage tech, among other emerging and highly regulated sectors. Erin has been a key player in advising on valuation engagements, including financial and tax reporting, M&A transactions, and litigation support.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Erin co-founded and served as Managing Member of Spaulding Financial LLC, where she provided valuation and advisory services for a diverse client base. Before that, she was a Valuation Director at SingerLewak LLP, where she specialized in financial reporting valuations and strategic investment advising. Erin also held various key roles, including Financial Planning and Analysis at Optimist Inc., Senior Associate in Valuation and Transaction Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Associate with American Appraisal (a Kroll acquired company), contributing significantly to financial due diligence, financial modeling, and compliance-focused analyses. She started her career as a Valuations Analyst with GurseySchneider LLP, handling high-profile asset divisions and estate planning matters.
Erin holds a B.S. in Applied International Finance from the American University of Paris and is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA).
