James focuses on the firm’s Source / Deal Origination activity and is responsible for sourcing direct acquisition opportunities on behalf of the company’s financial sponsor clients.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, James worked as a Business Development / Operations Associate at Kraken, one of the world’s leading cryptocurrency exchanges. He also worked as an Analyst at FT Partners, a Fin-tech focused investment banking firm, where he served in their securities and cryptocurrency division.
James graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business. He is a Registered Representative of CriticalPoint Partners, LLC, and holds FINRA Series 63 & 79 licenses.
