Wyatt focuses on the firm’s Sourcing / Deal Origination activity and is responsible for sourcing direct acquisition opportunities on behalf of the company’s financial sponsor clients.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Wyatt worked as a Sales Manager for Balboa Capital, a direct lender that provides business loans and equipment financing solutions to small businesses and middle-market companies.
Wyatt graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Redlands. He is a Registered Representative of CriticalPoint Partners, LLC and holds FINRA Series 63 & 79 licenses.
