Previously, Tate served as Business Development Manager at Bainbridge, where he led sales and origination efforts for retained buy-side engagements. Prior to that, he was Director of Business Development at Cyndx. Earlier in his career, he held commercial roles at S&P Global Market Intelligence, advising financial sponsors and bankers on data solutions supporting origination, valuation, and diligence.
Tate received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Hampden-Sydney College. He is a Registered Representative of CriticalPoint Partners, LLC and holds FINRA Series 63 & 79 licenses.
