Erin is responsible for providing valuation advisory services for mergers and acquisitions, financial and tax reporting, capital raises, and enterprise-level decision-making, with expertise in financial reporting valuations, transaction-related analyses, and complex valuation matters across a broad range of industries, including consumer goods and services, media and entertainment, aerospace and defense, fintech, biotech, and other emerging and highly regulated sectors. She brings over 20 years of transaction and strategic financial advisory experience, supporting complex transactions and advising middle-market companies, private equity sponsors, entrepreneurs, and business owners on capital allocation and long-term strategy.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Erin co-founded and served as Managing Member of Spaulding Financial LLC, where she provided valuation and advisory services. Before that, she was a Valuation Director at SingerLewak LLP, where she specialized in financial reporting valuations and strategic investment advising. Erin also held various key roles, including Financial Planning and Analysis at Optimist Inc., Senior Associate in Valuation and Transaction Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Associate at American Appraisal (a Kroll-acquired company). She started her career as a Valuations Analyst with GurseySchneider LLP.
Erin holds a B.S. in Applied International Finance from the American University of Paris and is a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Certified Merger and Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA).
