Karim provides valuation advisory services for corporate finance, financial reporting, tax, and related purposes. He brings over two years of valuation and corporate finance experience, having served clients in the technology, financial services and fintech, consumer products, food and beverage, and renewable energy industries.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Karim worked at BPM LLP as an Associate in the Corporate Finance Valuations Practice, where he focused on valuation and audit review work and performed due diligence on middle-market clients across the technology, financial services and fintech, consumer products, food and beverage, and renewable energy industries.
Karim received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, with a minor in Technology Management, from the University of California, Davis.
