Abhi is responsible for originating and executing mergers and acquisitions and capital raising transactions at CriticalPoint. He brings over a decade of investment banking experience, advising boards, executive management teams, and financial sponsors on transformational M&A transactions across large- and mid-market companies.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Abhi was with J.P. Morgan’s Global Mergers & Acquisitions team in New York, where he focused on the diversified industrials and consumer and retail sectors. Previously, he was at Evercore, where he focused on banks and specialty finance companies.
Abhi received a Master of Science in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management, an MBA from the Management Development Institute, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from GGS Indraprastha University. He is a Registered Representative of CriticalPoint Partners, LLC and holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses.
