Roger is responsible for sourcing and executing mergers and acquisitions and capital-raising transactions in the healthcare sector. He brings over 40 years of investment banking experience, having advised on a wide range of sell-side, buy-side, and divestiture transactions, as well as public and private financings. He offers middle-market clients a combination of large firm experience and boutique-style service and responsiveness.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Roger held senior investment banking roles focused on the healthcare sector at FTI Capital Advisors, Capstone Partners, and Tri-Artisan Partners. Earlier in his career, he held senior positions at CIBC Oppenheimer, L.F. Rothschild, and Bear Stearns. He has served on several corporate boards, including JLM Industries, Pfeiffer Vacuum Technologies, and Pulse Engineering.
Roger received an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Columbia College. He is a Registered Representative of CriticalPoint Partners, LLC and holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 licenses.
