Adam is responsible for providing valuation advisory services for mergers & acquisitions, financial & tax reporting, corporate finance initiatives, and disputes. He brings over 25 years of valuation and corporate finance experience, having served clients in the chemicals, consumer, media and entertainment, financial services, industrial products, mortgage, oil and gas, telecommunications and transportation industries.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Adam was a Director at Cohen & Co. Previously, he was a Principal at Baker Tilly and Mesirow Financial Consulting focused on litigation and valuation matters for a number of high-profile bankruptcy filings. He started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in corporate valuation and then KPMG’s valuation practice.
Adam graduated with a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame. He is a member of National Kidney Foundation of Illinois’ Middle Market Open board. He’s a past board member of LaRabida Children’s Hospital and ALPFA. Adam is also active in the Association for Corporate Growth.
