As Managing Director of Business Development, Curt is responsible for originating new opportunities for the firm and managing client relationships. He brings 30 years of experience working with corporates, professional service providers and financial sponsors across Southern California.
Prior to CriticalPoint, Curt spent more than a decade with EY in business development, where he held responsibilities across all EY service lines – Transactions, Advisory, and Tax & Audit to provide successful outcomes for their clients. Prior to EY, he held positions in financial printing with R.R. Donnelley and Merrill for 18 years. Curt brings a wealth of knowledge in client project management and coordination relating to public offerings, M&A, debt offerings, going-private transactions, and other firm offerings.
Curt graduated with his Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Southern California.
