Daniel is responsible for originating and executing merger and acquisition, and capital raising transactions at CriticalPoint. He leverages extensive experience advising middle-market and large-cap companies and financial sponsors on M&A, public equity and debt financings and restructurings, across various industries and geographies.
Prior to joining CriticalPoint, Daniel worked at Rothschild & Co, a global independent investment bank, in their Industrials & Business Services team based in New York. At Rothschild & Co, Daniel led North American coverage of business and industrial service companies, including expertise in the Test, Inspection, Certification and Compliance (TICC), Engineering & Consulting, and Specialty Contracting sectors. Daniel has advised on over $15 billion in completed transactions across sell-side and buy-side M&A, capital raises and restructuring deals. Daniel’s industry experience includes business and tech-enabled services, industrials, building products, automotive, aerospace and defense, paper and packaging and consumer transactions, both domestically and internationally. Notable clients include Element Materials Technology, Jacobs Solutions, Sidara, Republic Services, Tecta America, Visteon Corporation, Construction Resources, Cenveo, Lund International and Mercury Systems.
Daniel graduated with a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce, with concentrations in Finance and Accounting. He is a Registered Representative of CriticalPoint Partners, LLC and holds a FINRA Series 79 license.
